Gabriella waited hesitantly outside of the Great Hall, hoping Isaac would show up soon. It wasn't like him to be late for a dance, but she supposed she was a bit early. Gabriella tugged on her dress slightly, making sure it looked alright. She had splurged a bit on it, so the dress had better look good the whole night. As for her hair, Gabriella had done it up in a mass of curls, which was easy with her Metamorphmagus powers. They really did come in handy, especially since she was a vampire.

Gabriella scanned the Entrance Hall again, hoping to see Isaac bounding down the stairs. Unfortunately, her wasn't. She glimpsed back into the ball room. The dresses for this event were truly amazing; this was the first formal ball Gabriella had been to where she hadn't been required to wear robes. It was rather nice. Gabriella was about to turn back around when someone tapped her on the shoulder. She turned to see...

Isaac had gotten new dress robes, they were emerald green this time, courtesy of his mother. Whenever she got him clothes, she insisted on either black or dark green. "Hello beautiful," said Isaac, then placed his hands on her hips and gave her a kiss on her forehead. "Have I ever told you how pretty you are?" He had not wanted to go to the ball, but Gabriella had, and he was willing to sacrifice for her. That was what lovers did.

Gabriella wrapped her arms around Isaac and gave a slight contended sigh. It always felt good to be around her fiancé. "Perhaps just a few times," Gabriella replied with a small chuckle. Isaac never ceased to tell her that she was beautiful; it was just one of the things Gabriella loved about him. "Thanks for coming," she added as they broke apart. It was awfully nice of Isaac to come to the dance, considering he wasn't a bit fan of dances. But this was their last dance at Hogwarts, so Gabriella was determined to make the most of it.

Isaac slipped is hand into Gabriella's and gave it a gentle squeeze. "My pleasure, love," He said with a small smile, then pulled the door open and held it for her. It was hard to think that in about three months that they would be husband and wife. They could live wherever they wanted, money was never an issue when you had the Malfoy fortune on your side. They cold have lives of pure luxury and never have to work, but somehow Isaac didnn't see that as being fulfilling to Gabriella, nor himself.

Gabriella allowed Isaac to escort her into the Great Hall, her head held high and glancing down at her engagement ring a bit too frequently. It was still unbelievable to her that she was getting married. But Isaac was definitely the person Gabriella wanted to spend the rest of her life with. She led Isaac onto the dance floor and began to sway with the tune slightly.

Unlike more traditional dancing, Isaac tended to follow Gabriella's movements. He didn't know the first thing about dancing anyways. He was planning on asking his mother to show him a few points before the wedding, but until then, he would follow Gabriella. Isaac was thinking on asking Gabriella of where she wanted to live, but decided he would leave that for another evening.

Gabriella stepped lightly and quickly, as though her feet were not even touching the floor. After a few moments, it felt that way as well, as if she was floating on the air. Despite what he might have thought, Isaac was a fair dancer, though he didn't seem to take to well to it. The song ended and they walked off the dance floor. They had to at least pretend to be a bit tired. Plus, Gabriella wanted to ask Isaac about having his sisters as bridesmaids.

Isaac led them to two chairs off in the corner, sort of away from most of the others, so they wouldn't have to raise their voices. Besides, he had forgotten to go hunting last night, he wasn't terribly thirsty, but all of the people around were tempting him. He sat down in one of the chairs and looked to Gabriella to start conversation, he didn't usually know what to say to start them, but talked relatively smoothly once involved.

Gabriella took the seat across from Isaac at the tiny table, wondering if people thought they were strange for not drinking punch. She hoped not. "So, I was thinking of asking your sisters to be bridesmaids," she began. "What do you think of the idea?" Gabriella particularly liked the idea of Safira being a bridesmaid because the fifth year was incredibly nice and had helped out with planning aspects.

Isaac didn't have to think much about that. "Safira would be thrilled if we asked her," he said without a moment's hesitation. "I'm not sure about Bella, though. She and I haven't exactly been getting along of late." He could hardly seem to be able to do anything right with her anymore. Isaac was trying, but he didn't really know how to figure out his sister, she seemed pretty angry about something he had done, though.

Gabriella nodded slowly. She had a feeling Safira would be a good idea. Gabriella could ask her when she saw the younger girl in the common room or something. As for Bella, Gabriella really didn't know what to do. She didn't want to leave Bella out, as it seemed that would only make the fourteen year-old even more mad with Isaac, yet she didn't want any drama with the whole bridesmaid thing. "Should I ask Bella anyway?" Gabriella asked Isaac.

"You can try, but I wouldn't get your hopes up on it," said Isaac. He thought for a moment on Bella, it seemed like it would be the right thing to do to at least ask her so she could decide. Not even bothering to ask could make her even more angry with him, although Isaac was not sure what he had done to cause a rift between the both of them in the first place. "Where do you want to go for our honeymoon?" Isaac asked, he did not think they had even talked about that topic yet.

Gabriella nodded, thinking that sounded reasonable to her. Hopefully Bella wouldn't be mean to her or anything. She really did some more bridesmaids unless she wanted her wedding to be tiny. Gabriella glanced up in surprise at Isaac mentioning their honeymoon. She hadn't really spent much time thinking about that. "I don't really know," Gabriella replied. When she was little, she used to dream of going places warm and sunny. But as they were both vampires, that probably wasn't going to happen. "Did you have any ideas?"

"That's why I asked you. Money isn't a problem, we could go anywhere in the world." said Isaac, leaning back in his chair a little bit. Ever since becoming a vampire, he could easily find the point just before the chair tipping and balance there quite easily. He amused himself that way in history of magic. "Do you want something interactive or adventure-like, or more relaxed?" Isaac said. "There is always that castle my family owns in Romania."

Gabriella's eyes widened at the sound of a castle all to themselves. That would certainly be fun. "Where in Romania is the castle?" she asked. If it wasn't near any cities then they could stay in the castle during the day and explore the terrain in the middle of the night. That sounded like fun.
